How can I buy Mountain Valley Water Products?
There are various ways to purchase Mountain Valley Products including a local home and office distributor, most health/natural/organic stores or while you are here you can just buy it online.
How do I find a local distributor?

Can I use my sales tax exempt status on my online order?
Unfortunately, we do not honor sales tax exempt orders online. If you are a sales tax exempt organization and would like to place an order please contact your local distributor directly. To find out the contact information for your local home and office distributor please see the FAQ above.
Does Mountain Valley Spring Company’s online store sell internationally?
Right now we can only sell products in the contiguous United States through the website. If you would like to inquire about an order outside of the contiguous United States please send an email to help@mountainvalleyspring.com.
Where are the water cooler bottle sizes for order on the website?
Currently we are not offering the larger volume bottles for online sale. We are planning on the online store including all Mountain Valley Spring Products and sizes in the near future. Until then, please contact a local distributor for availability. Our distributor locator can be found here.
Are water coolers available for rent or purchase?
We will soon be carrying the counter top water crocks and stand through our sundry items category in the online store, but the larger temperature controlled coolers will only be available through our home and office distributors.
Can I sign up for a scheduled delivery through the website?
Currently, we are not setup for subscription service, but your past orders are saved in your account and reordering is just a few clicks of the mouse.
Is express delivery available for my order?
Yes, in order to expedite your order please make a note on the comments portion of your order. Additional shipping fees will be billed to you for the expedited service. To see a map of the transit times for our free ground service please click here.
Can I return products that I order?
At this time we are not accepting returns on any items.
Can I change my order before it has been shipped?
We try to accommodate any and all requests from our customers and will try to modify orders to your specifications, but we cannot guarantee that any changes will be processed before the order goes out.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed on the website will be shipped out the following day and depending on where you live in the United States your order should arrive within 1-4 days of shipping. To see a map of the transit times for our free ground service please click here.
What if my order is incorrect?
If you receive products that you did not order or are missing items from your shipment please contact help@mountainvalleyspring.com for assistance.
Are products that are damaged shipped out again?
Although we do not anticipate packages being damaged in transit, we also understand that shipping items is hard on the packing material. If your order arrives damaged please contact help@mountainvalleyspring.com for a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite the transit time on replacement shipments.
